The Cathay Pacific Cargo Sales Hong Kong team welcomed more than 100 Cargo Clan Elite customers at the Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel and Towers in December, to toast the festive season and a record-breaking year.
Held at the Oyster & Wine Bar, customers were welcomed by Cathay Pacific Director Commercial & Cargo Ronald Lam and General Manager Cargo Commercial Nelson Chin and his team.
As well as thanking Elite customers for their support, Ronald outlined Cathay Pacific’s high-value service and the 2019 strategy to become an industry leader in digital innovation, customer-centric solutions, and operational excellence. He cited some of the developments in 2018, including the trials with next-generation track and trace, which is set to offer an elevated service to customers.
He thanked guests for their strong support and confirmed that Cathay Pacific Cargo will be working closely with its partner agents in the year to come.
