Cathay Cargo hosts customer awards events across Southeast Asia

The recognition events also enabled an in-person look at the new Cathay Cargo brand

Cathay Cargo has hosted a series of Top Agent Appreciation dinners across the SEA region. The events, while recognising the support of its air-cargo customers over the past year, were also an opportunity to showcase the Cathay Cargo brand launch and the We Know How brand campaign.

Regional Head of Cargo Ashish Kapur, who started in the post in September, attended three of the events, while his predecessor, Siddhant Iyer, attended the other events before moving to Hong Kong to take on the role of Head of Cargo Markets and Customer Solutions.

‘These events were not only our regular opportunity to meet with our customers to thank them for their support and award our top agents,’ says Kapur. ‘They also enabled us to talk our forwarders across the region through the Cathay Cargo rebrand and to show them the We Know How brand video and our commitment to excellence with our special handling solutions.’

Events were hosted in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh in Vietnam, Singapore, Phnom Penh, Manila and Cebu in the Philippines, Kuala Lumpur and Penang in Malaysia, and Jakarta.
